Mr. K. K. Singh is the Founder Partner of the firm with an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Secretarial, Legal, IPR, Finance & Corporate Advisory services. He is recognised for his professional approach and as one of the pioneer in the profession to practice labour laws, licensing & registration (Regulatory Approvals) thereby making the firm one of the first Company Secretaries firm to deal in this segment on Pan India basis.

Mr. K. K. Singh is a Commerce Graduate (B.com), FCS (Fellow Company Secretary), LL.B. He is a Seasoned Compliance & Governance Professional & Practising as Company Secretary for last two decades.

He has to his credit an experience of 25 years in the secretarial, legal, finance, corporate consultancy & advisory fields. He has an excellent rapport with various Government Departments of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), DGFT, Reserve Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges etc.

He believes in nurturing young talent and sharing his rich and vast experience with the youth to help them grow professionally and face the difficulties of the business environment with confidence and wisdom as dynamic Corporate Executives. In furtherance of this view, he has imparted training to about 50 students of the Institute of Company Secretaries till date, who are now highly placed with well established and well known multi-national organisations, serving organisations

Ms. Richa Singh, ACS, is a partner of the firm having more than 2.5 years of experience in the field of Secretarial, Legal & Corporate Advisory services. Her areas of specialisation comprises of Secretarial compliances, corporate advisory, correspondence and coordination with regulators and legal services. Currently heading the Secretarial & corporate advisory division of the firm.

Mr. Krishna Sharan Mishra (Associate)

Mr. Krishna Sharan Mishra is a Branch Head of our Chennai Office. His association with the firm is since 2012. He is having more than 16 years of experience in the field of Secretarial, Legal & Corporate Advisory services. He is also a Proprietor of KSM Associates, Chennai. He is visiting and Honorary faculty of a renowned institutions and reputed organisations for training of staff on corporate laws.
